Role: Branch Development Manager - €60,000 per annum + Benefits

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven professional to spearhead growth, expand market presence, and strengthen partnerships to support the company’s strategic plan.
Responsibilities
* Conduct market research to identify new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, services and products.
* Analyse the competitive landscape and market trends to forecast business goals.
* Leverage data analytics to gain deeper insights into market trends and customer behaviour.
* Encourage innovation by identifying and exploring new product ideas and business models.
* Develop, implement, and evaluate strategic business development plans.
* Provide accurate sales forecasts and reporting to the senior management team.
* Develop risk management strategies to mitigate potential business risks.
* Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development initiatives.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key business partners and stakeholders.
* Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by understanding their needs.
* Implement systems to gather and act on customer feedback to improve services.
* Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to align company goals and strategies.
* Work with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted sales strategies.
* Represent the company at industry events and conferences; contribute to thought leadership and increase brand awareness.
Requirements
* Proven experience at Business Development Manager level in the Security/FM sector, with multiple client leads.
* Extensive experience in a sales environment with a strong background in security and/or facilities sectors.
* Travel required within Europe or as needed to develop a wide network of contacts and support tenders.
* Ability to analyse market data and trends to make informed business decisions.
* Strong strategic planning skills to develop and implement effective business development strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
* Proven leadership abilities to inspire and guide the business development team.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
