Job Role

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving engagement across social media channels, responding to customer queries, and monitoring reviews. You will also develop and manage LinkedIn content strategy, create digital assets for advertising and social media, and manage websites for core brands.
You will collaborate with in-house teams to align digital efforts with customer experience objectives and work closely with media and creative agencies on digital campaigns. Additionally, you will assist in managing sponsorships, build relationships with key stakeholders, and organize promotional events.
Key responsibilities include creating video content, coordinating the production process, delivering rollout of new digital projects, and acting as brand guardian. You will ensure all online and offline assets adhere to brand guidelines and work with external agencies to maintain consistent messaging and tone of voice.

Requirements

* Degree in Marketing/Digital Media or equivalent experience.

* At least 3+ years' experience in a digital marketing role.

* Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.

* Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM software.

* High energy and results-orientated with a passion for all things digital.

* Ability to work on your own initiative.

* Prior experience in the insurance marketing world would be highly advantageous.
