Our client, a Top Tier firm has instructed us to recruit a Bids Assistant/Executive to join their busy team. The role is reporting to the Bid Manager. Salary: to €50k

Total Package: Up to €65k
Duties:
* Drafting tender documents for specific tender requirements.
* Managing responses in each tender process in order to meet strict deadlines.
* Interact with all departments to gather the information needed to put forward successful bids.
* Finalising layout and formatting of physical and digital bid documents.
* Updating the firms tender drafting software.
* Keeping track of tender opportunities online.
* Monitoring the tender tracking tool
* Updating InterAction with client pitch information.
* Assisting with other admin duties.
Experience:
* 2 years’ experience in a Professional Services environment.
* Previous experience (2 years) of tenders and bids work is a MUST.
* High level of proficiency in MS Office.
* Working knowledge of the Adobe suite would be a plus.
* The ability to work within a team as well as being able to work on your own initiative.
