Inside Sales Representative Belgium (Dutch / French Speaker)

In this role you will play a key role in driving new customer acquisition and growth, using outbound and inbound prospecting to engage prospects and existing customers through an omni‑channel approach, discover and qualify their business challenges, and position NetApp's hybrid cloud and data solutions.
Working closely with our channel, marketing, and technical teams, you will build and manage your own pipeline, generate new opportunities, and contribute directly to NetApp's success in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment.
Job Responsibilities
Drive customer and cross‑selling acquisition through phone, email, and digital outreach.
Prospect inbound and outbound to drive new qualified pipeline, discover and qualify leads.
Understand customer needs and clearly communicate NetApp's value propositions across 3‑5 use cases.
Collaborate with the channel to deliver proposals.
Generate new business through proactive prospecting, including cold calling and targeted campaigns & social selling.
Support marketing initiatives such as events, webinars, and lead‑generation campaigns.
Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking in CRM systems.
Work closely with sales, technical specialists, and channel teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales or a related field (internships welcome), focused on full pipeline ownership (prospect to close).
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade in both written and verbal formats.
Experience using prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, and CRM platforms.
Genuine curiosity and understanding of cloud, storage, or IT solutions.
Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Fluent in English, Dutch, and French, and comfortable working in an international environment.
Bonus experience: B2B sales, IT or cloud industry exposure, familiarity with partner ecosystems (resellers, distributors, system integrators).
