As a Food and Beverage Assistant in the River Club you will be a passionate foodie who loves going the extra mile to make sure our guests have an amazing dining experience and leave wanting to come back again and again.
You will be as comfortable serving afternoon tea as recommending a wine at dinner.
Our River Club Bar and Terrace serves up lunch and small plates, while our Grill Room restaurant offers the finest local seafood and steaks around.
This is a full time role, with the successful candidate working a variety of shifts over the course of a 5 over 7 roster.
You must be eligble to work 40 hours per week throughout the year for this role.
There would be an emphasis on evening service for this position.
