Customer Advisor – TradePoint
Part‑time – 11.25 hours per week, 3‑month fixed‑term contract. Shifts available Monday – Sunday, 7:00 am – 10:00 pm. Location: B&Q Tallaght, D24W5RV. Notional hourly rate: €15.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
* Be the heart of the TradePoint counter, handling all trade members daily.
* Take ownership of TradePoint members and build relationships to understand their business.
* Recommend suitable products and services that bring value to members.
* Promote and sign up members to our trade loyalty scheme.
Qualifications & Skills
* Strong communicator and team worker capable of engaging with a diverse range of colleagues and customers.
* Flexible to work on a rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
* Proactive in identifying new business opportunities and in developing skills through training.
