Suitable candidates are asked to submit applications for the roles of Information Security Analyst (Grade VI), Information Security Project Leader (Grade VII), and Integration Support Coordinator (Grade VII).
The successful candidate for the Information Security Project Leader position will be placed on a panel based on skills and experience and will be tasked with providing a high standard of Cyber-Security Management, Technical Cyber Support and Project Management for Longford County Council.
An ability to ensure product quality and stability and a determination to professionally manage and resolve potentially complex issues in a fast-paced environment is required. The position will play a key role in the delivery of Longford County Councils’ ICT services.
The Information Security Analyst will report to the Information Security Project Leader and is responsible for the day-to-day operations and support of cyber-security within the council to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the council's information and data.
The Integration Support Coordinator will lead the delivery of services including support in accessing employment and developing English language proficiency, childcare, healthcare services and linkages to sporting and other local/ community activities as part of the Local Authority Integration Team (LAIT).
The salary scale for Information Security Analyst is between €55,090 to €67,304, while the salaries for the Information Security Project Leader role and Integration Support Coordinator position are between €57,675 and €74,978.
