As a sales professional, you will play a key role in expanding our service and maintenance client base. You'll focus on promoting long-term Service Level Agreements (SLAs), inspections, and ongoing compliance solutions to both new and existing clients across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Consistently meet or exceed monthly service sales and margin targets.
* Proactively identify and pursue opportunities within target sectors: healthcare, hospitality, pharma, education, commercial, and government.
* Develop and execute a sales strategy to maximize pipeline conversion and cross-selling potential.
* Leverage your commercial acumen to deliver value-driven, margin-positive solutions.
* Collaborate with regional sales colleagues to capitalize on joint opportunities.
* Follow up on all assigned leads with professionalism and urgency.
* Stay well-informed on our full service offering and maintain strong product knowledge.
* Build awareness of competitors to clearly articulate our competitive advantage.
* Maintain and grow your own book of accounts, with weekly client visits and development activity across the region.
* Work closely with marketing to align on key messaging and lead generation.
* Support your line manager in tracking KPIs and identifying new business opportunities.
* Cross-sell the broader portfolio of technical services and solutions offered by us.
What We're Looking For
* A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong understanding of or network in sectors such as: Hospitality, Facilities Management, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, County Councils or Government.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Commercially astute with a customer-first approach.
* Highly organized and self-directed, with a proactive and professional manner.
