Key Responsibilities: Digital dictation and drafting of documents, correspondence, pleadings, and briefs for medical negligence cases. Proactively interact with the Managing Partner to resolve day-to-day issues. Efficiently manage and organise the Partner's calendar. Handle client queries professionally and promptly. Maintain accurate file management and ensure the safe handling of confidential data. Perform general administration and ad hoc tasks as required. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Litigation Secretary. It is essential you have medial negligence experience Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise a heavy workload. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Diary Management, Case Management (Evolve desirable), and Discovery Management. Strong administration skills and ability to work on own initiative.
