Senior Supply Chain Planner
The Senior Supply Chain Planner is responsible for end-to-end production and supply chain planning—including raw material procurement, production scheduling, and shipment coordination. This role plays a critical part in responding to customer demand, managing inventory, and supporting new product introductions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage plant production schedules and raw material procurement plans.
* Collaborate with corporate purchasing, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely material availability.
* Analyze customer forecasts and manage capacity planning.
* Support new product development with materials planning and RFQ processes.
* Monitor and improve inventory health through metrics, reports, and MRP systems.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, TPM).
* Ensure compliance with EHS, quality, and regulatory standards.
* Engage in cross-functional teams for projects, change management, and supplier performance reviews.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree preferred; APICS certification is a plus.
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in production/material planning
* Strong SAP proficiency and understanding of supply chain processes.
* Knowledge of EHS regulations and quality standards.
* Experience with continuous improvement tools and methodologies is advantageous.
