Job Description
This is a 2-Year work program working within the Global Supplier Quality Team who are responsible for the Quality oversight of Material and Service Providers in GEHC PDx. The role will involve working on process improvement and day to day activities within the Global Supplier Quality Team. This will include optimising the management of Quality Assurance Agreements with suppliers to maintain compliance and supporting management of Service providers for the Cork site. The role also offers opportunities to participate in & learn the Supplier Quality processes.
This role will be located in Cork.
Job Description:
* Manage QA Agreements in collaboration with Supplier Quality Leads, Category Managers, and Suppliers.
* Support management of Service Providers for the Cork site, including managing the approved supplier lists, change notifications, and compliance tracking.
* Perform administrative tasks on the Supplier Quality Management System, including data entry and document control.
* Participate in Global Supplier Quality Continuous improvement activities such as process enhancements and assist in progression of actions.
* Ensure all activities comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and applicable regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with cross functional teams such as Procurement, Quality Assurance, and Technical Operations.
* Contribute to data visualization projects, such as creating dashboards and reports to visualise quality metrics.
* Support the Supplier Quality Team with project-based and operational activities as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements:
* Bachelors Degree in Science discipline (or non-technical degree with significant experience in Quality Assurance, GMP manufacturing or an Associate's Degree with major manufacturing, engineering, or quality assurance experience) or equivalent knowledge or experience.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel Powerpoint.
