We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team, providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Main Responsibilities:
* Build a positive and supportive rapport with residents, prioritizing their rights, dignity, and choice in all care delivery.
* Plan and implement individualized programmes of care with the senior team.
* Work closely with the care team to meet daily care needs, ensuring a high standard of care.
* Oversee Care Assistants, promoting a safe environment through participation in learning and development programmes, including Safety Intervention Training and Reflective Practice Sessions.
* Undertake other duties as reasonably required by the designated manager.
Salary: £14.00 per hour
Requirements:
* QCF Level 3 or above and/or equivalent in Health and Social Care
* The Right to Work in the UK
* A good standard of written and oral English
* At least 2 years' experience working in a regulated care or support environment
