Role Purpose:
The Sales Operations Administrator acts as a key point of coordination between internal teams and customers, supporting smooth commercial execution and ongoing account management.
The role is responsible for managing the end to end administration of licences, renewals, support contracts, quotations, and related documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal governance and vendor rules.
Responsibilities:
Sales Operations & Commercial Support
Prepare and manage sales quotations, renewals, upgrades, and licensing documentation.
Support opportunity progression from quotation through approval and close-out.
Maintain accurate records of opportunities, renewals, and amendments in CRM and internal tools.
Support the preparation of commercial and contractual documentation.
Licensing & Renewals Management
Support and administer the operational lifecycle of software licences and support contracts, including renewals and amendments, working closely with Sales and Customer Success teams.
Maintain licence and renewal schedules and support renewal pricing preparation.
Act as a point of contact for internal and customer queries relating to licensing, renewals, and entitlements.
Customer Success & Account Coordination
Support licence onboarding, renewals, and ongoing support administration.
Maintain accurate records of active licences, renewals, and support agreements.
Participate in internal handovers and contract reviews as required.
Systems, Compliance & Improvement
Maintain accurate data across CRM, SharePoint, and tracking tools.
Ensure adherence to internal governance standards and vendor licensing rules.
Support reporting, audits, and process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience
Understanding of commercial, licensing, or renewal processes, with the ability to learn software licensing models and vendor rules.
Experience working in a multi-stakeholder, operational role.
Experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or Customer Success administration.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Clear and confident communication skills.
Proactive self-starter with the ability to take initiative, work independently, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Comfortable working across Sales and Customer Success teams.
Strong system literacy and confidence working with structured data.
Hands-on experience supporting licensing, renewals, and contractual processes.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage complex information accurately.
Comfortable supporting both transactional activity and more complex commercial workflows.
