is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our multinational medical device client in Galway for a fulltime on-site role on an initial 24-month contract.
Senior Facilities Electrical Engineer
will manage the maintenance of the electrical infrastructure on site through the site's computerised asset management system in co-ordination with the system co-ordinator and on site electrical maintenance team.
THE ROLE
Responsible for day to day operation of the security access control system approving all adds, moves and deletions.
Responsibility for management of all electrical infrastructural change requests (Power, IT, Life Safety & Security Systems) for the site and ensuring all changes are captured on the site's computerised asset management system and recorded on site record drawings.
Support Facilities team in maintaining asset information and assessing equipment condition annually.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree (Level 8) in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical Engineering, Science, or related discipline.
4+ years' relevant experience in a similar role.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a talented team and can work effectively and proactively on cross-functional teams.
