We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Support Professionals. The successful candidate will receive all necessary training and development in line with the role.
The role of a Support Professional is to provide care and support to individuals who require assistance with daily living tasks. This includes supporting people with their daily plans, providing education and skills development opportunities, and promoting independence.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly motivated and creative, and have a passion for engaging with service users on a daily basis.

* Full driver's license or in the process of achieving one

Shift work over 24 hours a day and 7 days a week is required for this role. Relevant life experience is desirable but not essential. A full driver's license is required or in the process of being achieved.

Job Description
This role involves working as part of a team to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex support needs. As a Support Professional, you will be responsible for assisting individuals with their daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
* Assisting individuals with daily living tasks
* Providing education and skills development opportunities
* Promoting independence and self-reliance
* Developing and maintaining positive relationships with service users and colleagues
Required Skills and Qualifications
Assistant Support Worker
No qualification is required for this role, although relevant life experience is desirable. All necessary training will be provided.
Social Care Workers
A Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or related discipline is required for this role. Relevant life experience would be desirable but not essential.
