We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Collections Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for proactively evaluating, investigating, and timely collecting outstanding accounts receivables in line with quarterly cash collections targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and investigate outstanding accounts receivables
• Proactively collect payments from customers across assigned portfolios
• Partner with other functions to create collaborative action plans to remove barriers to payment
• Engage with Credit Risk function on areas of concern

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
* Experience in a Collections or Order to Cash role in a large organization
* Customer driven with excellent oral and written communication skills
