* Accurately administer and document prescribed medications, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to protocols.
* Guide Care Assistants in their roles, fostering a cohesive team environment and promoting collaboration.
* Assume leadership responsibilities as Person in Charge when required, demonstrating expertise and initiative.
