The role will involve long term relationship build with existing critical customers, developing system improvement plans and recommendations for optimisations, overseeing delivery of customer success with new and existing customers.This is an excellent opportunity to work with management to improve and refine the skills and standards of the services delivered to our customers while still working on your own initiative and continuously improving quality and efficiency.What will you be doing?Responsible for functional, technical and on/time on project success, end to end.Work closely with project managers, technical leads and commercial leads ensuring the system is what the customer originally requested.Lead Pre Sales and Solution Design Workshops with clients, offering strong leadership.Apply project management methodologies to estimate, develop and manage project plans, budgets, scope, variations, risk, and knowledge management.Customer SuccessSupport and grow strategic partnership with clients.Perform quality reviews throughout the project. These are primary level reviews with Technical Leads to be scheduled at beginning and different stage gates.Play an active role in recommending and managing enhancements and improvements to our existing install base to help grow the revenue stream within the business.TeamworkMentor functional leads and less experienced project leads ensuring the business unit develops, creating a positive team environment.Responsible for ensuring the right people are on the project. Collaborate with managers to select the right people for projects and identify skill gaps.Required Skills/ExperiencesMinimum of 7 years NAV/Business Central senior consulting experience5 Full life cycle implementations as a lead consultantExperience in the following Dynamics Business Central modules:AdministrationSales & MarketingPurchaseWarehousing (preferable)FinanceJobs/ProjectsServiceManufacturing (preferable)Experience in the following product and software, or additional skill sets:AccountancyProven ability to take a customer’s concept from Solution Design to Go Live with solid experience in change management and business process mapping.Experience participating in scoping & estimations for new projects.Required QualificationsCertification in Dynamics Business Central / Dynamics NAV would be a significant advantage.An accountancy degree or equivalent would also be a significant advantage.
