Customer Support Advisor

Location: Tallaght (hybrid working, full-time onsite during training, later transitioning to hybrid)

Start Date: July 14th

Contract Duration: 6 months

Salary: €29,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (09:00 - 17:00)

Role requirements:

1. Excellent team player with energy and commitment to goals
2. Customer service experience with a strong customer focus
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
4. Flexible, energetic, and innovative approach to work; adaptable to change
5. Self-motivated with the ability to meet targets
6. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail


Desirable qualifications, skills, & experience:

1. Experience in a phone-based role
2. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft products
