Head of Infra Guild
to spearhead the provision, support, and modernization of our worldwide infrastructure.
About The Role
As Head of Infra Guild, you will oversee all site infrastructure and distributed services across AXA Partners globally. You will lead cross-functional teams responsible for designing, building, and operating solutions aligned with group standards, managing vendor relationships, and coordinating regional and central service teams. This is a key international position supporting our strategic initiatives to globalize network, identity, and infrastructure services within major transformation programs like ONE Network, ID, DC, and ATLAS.
What You'll Be Doing
* Define and execute the global infrastructure strategy, including legacy and cloud services, ensuring compliance with security and quality standards
* Manage diverse teams of architects, build engineers, operations, and regional managers, organizing regional operational teams into geographically aligned tribes (EMEA & AMER)
* Lead vendor and supplier management to deliver consistent, secure, and efficient services worldwide
* Support organizational change, simplify processes, and enhance security posture across all environments
* Collaborate closely with Global IT Operations and regional stakeholders to fund, staff, and implement infrastructure initiatives
* Ensure alignment with global transformation programs and manage service delivery, security, and quality targets
What You'll Bring
* Engineer degree with 15+ years of IT management experience, including 8+ years in infrastructure and distributed services
* Proven leadership of diverse technical teams, including architects, engineers, and outsourced providers
* Strong expertise in infrastructure solutions (Active Directory, Email, Citrix), security, cloud, and IT operations frameworks (ITIL, Agile, DevOps)
* Certifications in Microsoft, VMware, Red Hat, Security, or similar
* Excellent interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and change management capabilities
* Ability to manage budgets, execute organizational change, and operate effectively in a matrix organization
