Planner/Scheduler Role Summary:
* Develop and implement planning, reporting, and analytical tools for the organization.
* Chair weekly planning & scheduling focused meetings.
* Track and control plan vs actual and report out accurately.
* Comply with current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) and Good Documentation Practices.
* Maintain inspection readiness.
* Create clear work plans to enable technician execution.
* Interact with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), grouping and sorting large data sets into executable packages of work.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Level load and resource plan work-fronts.
* Highlight schedule issues and constraints, proposing potential mitigations.
* Roll-up and summarise detailed schedules – tailor for specific audiences.
* Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), track, and report for the specific function being worked in.
* Engage with cross-functional groups for schedule development and forward planning.
The successful candidate will possess:
* Bachelor's/Associate degree in engineering or scientific related field or relevant trade qualification along with 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
* Proficient knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Software Packages inclusive of MS Project.
* Knowledge and experience with Oracle Primavera P6.
