Job Opportunity: Compliance Assurance Specialist

Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting high-standard internal audits
* Delivering clear and concise audit reports
* Reviewing and approving action plans
* Monitoring and tracking progress
* Collaborating closely with management, staff, and external bodies
Requirements:
* Hold a Level 7 or 8 qualification in applied Social Studies
* Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience in social care
* Exemplary knowledge of New Directions Regulations and National Standards
