Basecamp Adventure Park in Shanagolden is seeking a reliable, responsible and enthusiastic Paintball Marshal to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Marshal, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our customers during their Splatball and Paintball activities.Responsibilities:Greet customers upon arrival, provide a brief safety talk, and ensure they are equipped with all necessary gear for their activity.Enforce all safety rules and regulations while maintaining a fun and positive environment for our customers.Monitor game play, offer assistance when needed, and ensure that all players follow the rules of the game.Provide instruction to customers on how to properly use the equipment and ensure they understand the basic principles of the game.Clean and maintain equipment after each use and ensure it is stored properly.Assist with other tasks as needed, such as preparing equipment, setting up game fields, and providing general maintenanceRequirements:Must be at least 16 years of age.Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers of all ages.Excellent attention to detail and ability to enforce rules in a friendly and positive manner.Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and be physically active.Must be able to work weekends.If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service, have a strong sense of responsibility, and enjoy working in an outdoor environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at Basecamp Adventure Park.Job Type: Part-timePay: €14.15 per hourBenefits:Employee discountOn-site parkingStore discountWork Location: In person
