Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Promotions Assistant, located in Dublin with some work from home allowed. The Promotions Assistant will be responsible for planning and managing events, developing promotional strategies, assisting in sales activities, and delivering excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with vendors and clients, organizing promotional events, handling customer inquiries, and supporting the sales team.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
* Experience in Event Planning and Event Management
* Sales skills and ability to support sales activities
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Flexible with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Relevant experience in the promotions or events industry is a plus
* A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
