Funky Cups is a fast-growing Irish brand specialising in custom-printed cups for cafés, restaurants, events, and brands across Ireland and beyond. We work with independent cafés, businesses, & marketing agencies and we're passionate about helping brands stand out through great design and quality products.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Content Marketing & Sales Representative to support our sales team while taking ownership of our content and brand development.
The Role
This hybrid commercial–creative role is perfect for someone who enjoys both talking to customers and building a brand online. You'll support the sales team in generating leads and nurturing relationships, while also creating engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms to help amplify our presence.
Sales Responsibilities
* Identify and qualify new sales leads
* Support senior sales reps with outreach, follow-ups, and account management
* Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales activity
* Assist with proposals, quotes, and sales materials
* Helping manage customer relationships and repeat orders
* Represent Funky Cups at events, trade shows, and customer meetings
Content & Marketing
* Creating and developing Funky Cups' content strategy across social platforms
* Planning and creating content (posts, reels, stories, behind-the-scenes, customer features)
* Helping develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style
* Tracking content performance and suggesting improvements
* Monitor social media engagement and respond to basic inquiries
What We're Looking For
* Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident approach
* Interest in both sales and digital marketing
* Basic understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, and social media best practices
* Creative mindset with an eye for simple, clean content
* Organised, proactive, and eager to learn
* French or another European language is a significant advantage
* Previous sales or marketing experience is helpful but not required
Nice to Have (But Not Essential)
* French language skills (a plus, not essential)
* Previous sales or customer-facing experience
* Experience with content creation, social media, or brand development
* Familiarity with Canva, Instagram, TikTok, or similar platforms
