The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall function of the Community Intervention Team Service.
This role involves leading a team and overseeing daily operations to ensure the service runs smoothly and effectively.
About the Role
* Holds a management position at CNM2 level or higher
* 3+ years' experience of team management
* Strong leadership skills and business awareness
* Ability to manage workload and competing demands from various stakeholders
* Business/management qualification with strong IT skills
* Community experience essential
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and implement policies and procedures reflecting best practice in service delivery
* Lead out, provide instruction, and guidance in clinical training and development
* Liaise with senior clinicians
* Support the culture of continuous improvement through the identification and provision of appropriate programs of development
