CPL Healthcare is delighted to announce that we are currently accepting Person in Charge applications from experienced Social Care Professionals on behalf of our client.
The successful candidate will work for a well-established client who is currently expanding and has opened a new service for displaced children and young people who are separated from their families and place of origin, seeking asylum, and preparing them for onward placement. The residential unit is located near Ballinagh, Co. Cavan.
The successful candidate will have:
* A recognised Level 8 Social Care qualification.
* In cases where a Level 7 Social Care qualification has been achieved, it must be accompanied by a qualification in management.
* Five years’ direct experience working in residential childcare and/or managing services for vulnerable children and young people.
* Excellent communication and report writing skills.
* Proficient IT skills, including Word, Adobe, Excel, etc.
* A full clean driver’s license held for more than one year.
