A well-established and growing accountancy practice in South Dublin is seeking an experienced Audit Manager or Senior Manager to join its team.
This is a broad role offering exposure across audit, accounts, and tax, providing the opportunity to work closely with a varied portfolio of clients while developing your technical and leadership skills. You will take ownership of audit engagements from planning and risk assessment through to completion, ensuring high-quality delivery and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the process.

Qualifications
Experience operating at Audit Manager or Senior Manager level within practice
Strong audit experience with the ability to manage engagements from start to finish
Exposure to accounts preparation and tax is advantageous
Experience mentoring, training, and developing junior team members
Strong communication and client relationship management skills
Commercially minded with a proactive approach
Experience with Omnipro is desirable but not essential
Interest in technology and AI-driven developments within audit
