Contracts Manager Contracts Manager required for a leading Main Contractor to look after an educational build in Dublin.
This is a key leadership role managing diverse aspects of the commercial project, ensuring high standards of delivery, safety, and commercial performance.
Role & Duties: Oversee delivery of large-scale projects, ensuring time, budget, quality, and commercial targets are met.
Build and manage project teams, fostering a positive work environment to retain talent.
Plan, update, and track schedules; coordinate site and project managers for alignment.
Maintain high standards of health & safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
Manage cost and value procedures, providing accurate commercial reports to leadership.
Lead on contractual mattersdocumentation, change management, issue resolution, and compliance.
Guide and train teams on contract management and company policies.
Drive procurement efficiency and supply chain performance.
Identify underperforming projects, implement corrective actions, and give operational feedback.
Champion cost savings and process optimisation across projects.
Ensure projects meet company standards for presentation, brand, and compliance.
Work with Directors and Project Managers to mitigate risks, resolve challenges, & support business growth.
Requirements: 3rd Level Degree or Trades Qualified Over 6 years of experience with main building contractors in Ireland or the UK.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously or large-scale projects.
