**Job Title:** Senior Quantity Surveyor**About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced quantity surveyor to join our team. As a senior quantity surveyor, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale civil infrastructure/marine/renewable projects. Your primary responsibilities will include advising on contractual matters at both general and project levels. You will process contractual claims and associated records, identify opportunities to maximise revenue and reduce costs, assist with project cash management, advise and support with project correspondence, negotiate subcontractors' prices and terms,, ensure final accounts are closed in a timely manner, and prepare commercial/contractual correspondence. Required Skills & Qualifications: • At least 5 years of experience working on civil engineering projects within Ireland or the UK.
