Senior Maintenance Technician
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting maintenance teams during breakdowns and planned maintenance. They will drive machine reliability and improvement initiatives, train and mentor technicians and apprentices, and support audits, health & safety compliance, and lean projects.

Candidates should have a strong background in maintenance, with 2+ years' experience in a similar role. They should also possess excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills, as well as leadership qualities and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications:
Technical Requirements: Experience with food processing equipment (e.g. thermoformers, weighers, cookers)
