We are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to join our team in Newbridge, Kildare.Responsibilities:Identify and engage potential customers through direct outreach, scheduled appointments, and effective lead qualification.Manage the full sales process for residential accounts—from initial contact to closing.Conduct follow-ups with newly acquired customers to ensure accounts are activated properly and to gather feedback on early service experience.Deliver clear, compelling sales presentations that communicate the benefits of our recycling and waste-management solutions.Work towards defined performance metrics and KPIs.Consistently achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets aligned with company objectives.Candidate Profile:Ideally 1–2 years of direct sales experience, preferably door-to-door or field-based.Full, clean Irish driving licence is essential.Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.Self-motivated with a proactive approach to meeting targets.Familiarity with CRM tools, sales software, and Microsoft Office is an advantage.Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers professionally and persuasively.Fluent English and full eligibility to work in Ireland.Previous experience in services, manufacturing, environmental, or waste-management sectors is a distinct advantage.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €27,000.00-€62,127.68 per year
