We are seeking a reliable and organised
Admin Clerk
to join a busy branch in Dublin 8. This is a full-time role providing essential administrative support across the business, with opportunities to assist in stock control and inventory when required.
The Role
As an Admin Clerk, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* General office support, including filing, scanning, photocopying, and managing correspondence.
* Answering phone calls and welcoming visitors in a professional manner.
* Handling incoming and outgoing post.
* Ordering and maintaining office stationery and supplies.
* Assisting with inventory and stock control tasks when required.
* Supporting colleagues and contributing to smooth branch operations.
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to multitask and adapt to a varied workload.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
