Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with programme directors to engage contractors and consultants in line with procurement strategies and procedures.
* Administer work orders from award through completion, including takeover of works and final assessment.
* Review and approve subcontractor documentation to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
* Maintain performance tracking against agreed KPIs and resolve disputes as necessary.
* Align contract management standards with company policies and selected contract suites.
* Report on areas of non-compliance and implement corrective actions.
* Negotiate contracts and provide guidance to project managers and programme directors.
* Review draft contracts for suitability and coordinate inputs from legal, technical, and financial advisors.
* Calculate delay damages when required.
* Develop and approve contract management strategies at programme and individual contract levels.
* Establish performance targets within incentive schedules and review contractor performance.
