We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Spa Therapist to join a luxurious 4-star hotel in Wicklow. The hotel’s spa offers guests a calm and rejuvenating experience, featuring state-of-the-art facilities including flotation rooms, an aroma steam room, sauna, Jacuzzi, and a stunning indoor-outdoor pool.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality facial and body treatments using premium organic products
* Advise guests on the most suitable treatments and products to enhance their overall experience
* Ensure every guest leaves feeling relaxed, refreshed, and fully satisfied
* Upsell treatments and retail products to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue
* Maintain exceptional levels of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the spa
* Take part in ongoing training to stay up to date with exclusive skincare ranges and treatment techniques
Requirements:
* Fully qualified with experience in a similar spa therapy role
* Recognised certifications in facial and body treatments (CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or ITEC)
* Friendly and professional communicator with a strong customer service focus
* Team-oriented, yet confident working independently when required
* Meticulous attention to detail with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
* Flexible and available to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as needed
