Offer description

Office Hours: Monday to Friday each week (excluding bank holidays)
Start time:
8:30am
Finish Time:
17:30pm
This equates to a 8.00 hour work day and therefore 40 hour work week.
Breaks: Lunch Break: 1:00pm to 2.00pm (Unpaid)
There are also a 15 minute paid morning break at *****am and a 15 minute paid afternoon break at 3.30pm
Annual Leave: Four working weeks in addition to public holidays in accordance with the Organisation of Working Time Act ****
Location: Currently our office in Waterford City – this position is not possible to perform from home
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
Requirements:
Essential
Minimum two years reception, call centre or customer facing experience
Minimum two years office/administration experience
Excellent communication skills.
Fluent English is essential (both written and verbal)
Ability to work with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel essential)
Desirable
Audio Typing experience
Experience in a solicitors office (in particular conveyancing)
Job Description & Duties:
Maintaining office filing system
Daily scanning of documents and correspondence into case management system
Answering calls and liaising with clients over the phone and in person
Ensuring files and registers are kept up to date at all times
Managing Incoming and Outgoing Post
Running office errands outside of the office where necessary
Assisting senior staff with their workload as required e.g. photocopying, scanning, data entry or hand deliveries etc.
