As a Sales Supervisor you will oversee the daily operations of the parts department which includes staff management, customer service and stock control. Your new role will focus on front counter sales, KPIs and targets, organisational and communication. Key Responsibilities & Duties: Handle all incoming sales Business development, developing new sales through proactive customer contact focusing on achieving targets Order stock to fulfil confirmed orders for immediate resale Coordinate orders outbound with warehouse. Delivering professional and efficient customer service at all times Staff management: Supervise, train, and mentor parts department staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
