Job Title: Commercial Operations Coordinator
About the Role:
This role involves supporting a senior manager with bid data management, ensuring timely processing of tenders. It requires in-depth knowledge of core products and processes, as well as effective communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
The Key Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting commercial managers with managing and coordinating bid data and teams.
- Developing an in-depth understanding of core products and processes.
- Coordinating weekly reports and draft client proposal packs incorporating specifications, quotations, letters, and presentations.
- Interpreting customer specifications and creating requirements on the company database.
- Identifying supplementary options and associated costings.
- Calculating manufacturing costs of vehicles using recent information available.
Requirements:
A minimum of an HND/NVQ L5 in a business-related subject or equivalent. Alternatively, 3 years' experience in a similar role, including quotation/tender preparation and technical customer specifications. Computer literacy with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Power Point is also essential.
