A leading main contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a long-term residential project in Maynooth. Role Overview: The Site Manager will take full responsibility for managing on-site operations, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations on site, ensuring alignment with programme, design, and safety requirements. Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and direct labour to maintain efficient workflow. Monitor progress and quality, maintaining accurate site records and reporting regularly to the Project Manager. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including site inductions, toolbox talks, and risk assessments. Work closely with the design and project team to resolve issues and implement changes when required. Liaise with clients, consultants, and inspectors, ensuring smooth communication and project delivery. Oversee logistics, site setup, materials, and resource planning. Requirements: Degree or trade background in construction, civil engineering, or a related field. 5+ years experience in a Site Manager role with a main contractor. Proven ability to manage teams and subcontractors on large residential or commercial projects. Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations, safety standards, and construction methodologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Full driving licence required.
