Care Leader for Disability Support
We are seeking a dedicated individual to lead our team in delivering person-centred care to people with disabilities. Our vision is to empower individuals to live fulfilling lives, and we believe that this role will play a crucial part in making that happen.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing quality care services that promote inclusion and community life. This will involve:
* Coordinating care teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
* Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including service users, families, and healthcare professionals
* Overseeing the development and implementation of care plans that meet the unique needs of each service user
* Leading by example and promoting a positive and inclusive culture within the team
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* A degree in Social Care Practice (Level 7 on the QQI framework) or equivalent
* Registration with NMBI/CORU
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a management or supervisory role in health or social care
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A full clean driving license and willingness to drive as part of the role
