HR Manager | Strategic Leadership | National Multi-Site Organisation Ready to take full ownership of a high-impact HR function?We're partnering with a well-established national organisation seeking an experienced HR Managerto lead the people agenda across a workforce of 500+ employees.
This is a senior role with real influence — combining strategic input, operational leadership, and team management.
You'll oversee a team of four HR Generalists and a HR Administrator, ensuring consistent, high-quality HR delivery while acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
Responsibilities This is a broad and visible position where you will: Lead the full HR function across multiple locations Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a key internal partner Manage and mentor your HR team to drive performance and service excellence Oversee complex employee relations matters with confidence and sound judgement Drive high-volume recruitment strategy and enhance the onboarding experience Shape and implement training & development initiatives aligned to business goals Review and refine reward strategies to remain competitive Lead organisational change initiatives from a people perspective Monitor HR metrics and deliver clear, data-driven reports to leadership Oversee absence management and liaise closely with Occupational Health providers Requirements Degree qualified in HR or related discipline; CIPD accreditation desirable5+ years' experience in a senior HR role within a multi-site environment Strong knowledge of Irish Employment Law Experienced people leader with the ability to influence at senior level Commercially aware, solutions-focused, and comfortable working autonomously Background in Retail, Hospitality, Logistics, Healthcare or similar operational sectors advantageous On Offer Full ownership of the HR function Leadership of an established HR team Strategic visibility within a national organisation Opportunity to shape culture and drive meaningful change If you're an ambitious HR professional looking for a role with breadth, influence, and real impact — we'd love to speak with you.
