Fromprocess improvementstonew system implementationsandNew Product Introductions (NPI), your work will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, implement, and finalize projects according to specifications and deadlines, while keeping projects within budget.Create and report project status, allocate resources as needed.Define project governance policies and manage financial concerns.Communicate and interface across all organizational levels, including business units.Partner with external vendors when required.Minimal work direction needed – highly skilled and knowledgeable in the role.Manage selected projects using methodologies like Waterfall, Agile, Scrum .Resolve issues, escalate risks, and maintain governance of the site's project portfolio.Collaborate on risk management strategies to mitigate challenges throughout project lifecycles.Must-Have Skills & Experience6+ years industry experience, with at least 4 years managing projects.Strong verbal and written communication skills .Excellent organizational skills .Expertise in project execution methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum).Proficiency in MS Project or other project management tools .Ability to build consensus and lead cross-functional, matrix-oriented projects .Pharmaceutical or regulated industry experience is essential.Education & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Science, or related field.Experience in Vaccines, Biologics, or Sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing .PMP or equivalent certification preferred.Ready to take the next step?
