Job Title: Paralegal Support
Role Overview:
* The ideal candidate will have the ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic team and be able to adapt to changing priorities.
* A strong understanding of legal principles and procedures is essential for this role, with experience in Personal Injury, Employment Law, and Conveyancing highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive support to solicitors across various areas of law including Personal Injury, Employment Law, and Conveyancing cases.
* Draft, review and finalise legal documents such as letters of claim, settlement agreements, contracts and conveyancing documentation with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Conduct thorough research and prepare case summaries and reports using analytical skills and excellent organisational abilities.
* Ensure accurate case records are maintained and assist with compliance and file management duties.
* Support fee earners with general administrative tasks and case management responsibilities.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience working as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant within a law firm is essential.
* Strong research, drafting, and administrative skills are crucial for success in this role.
* Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise workload are key qualities required.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills enable effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
* Proficiency with legal case management software and Microsoft Office is expected.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
