Senior Estimator Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Estimator to join our team. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for coordinating information among stakeholders and clients.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

You will lead discipline estimator work sequences and internal reviews of deliverables to meet project demands. Your role will also involve preparing project estimates and supporting presentations to executive and client management teams.
">
In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will possess excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to travel to support both project and corporate needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate information among project team and Client
">
2. Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine project requirements
">
3. Lead discipline estimator work sequence and internal reviews of their deliverables to meet project demand
">
4. Prepare total Project Basis of Estimate
">
5. Lead preparation of Project Estimates and support presentation to Executive and Client management teams
">
6. Develop discipline estimates as necessary to support project demands
">
7. Mentor and provide guidance to assigned discipline estimators
">
8. Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
">
9. Travel to support both project and corporate needs
">

Requirements:
">

10. High School Diploma or GED required
">
11. Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred
">
12. 10+ years progressive experience in construction estimating
">
13. Proven leadership experience in senior estimating role
">
14. Understand fundamental concepts of engineering drawings
">
15. Apply AACE Recommended Practices
">
16. MS Office Suite
">
17. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
">
18. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
">
19. Extensive knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices
">
