Sales Development Administrator
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, proactive communicator to drive sales growth through strategic communications and relationship building. This role bridges marketing, sales, and customer engagement, with a clear focus on customer relationship development, partner collaboration, lead generation. Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Communications & Account Development
Enhance relationships with existing retail partners through consistent, thoughtful communication.
Support the sales team in meetings with key retailers to create collaborative content and maximize brand presence.
Liaise with marketing teams of retail partners to activate in-store and online campaigns that promote Jack Murphy products.
Support the development of trade-focused newsletters and updates
Customer service Communication Management
2. Marketing & Partner Communication
Coordinate Jack Murphy’s marketing presence at trade shows and industry events, aligning with broader brand and sales strategies.
Develop and maintain media and retail contacts to amplify the Jack Murphy story across trade and lifestyle channels.
Manage the brand’s LinkedIn presence, ensuring consistent, professional storytelling and product updates.
Strategize and plan upcoming marketing initiatives with internal teams and external partners.
Continually research and report on trends, competitors, and industry benchmarks to inform ongoing strategy.
3. Lead Generation & Sales Enablement
Research and identify new lead opportunities in target markets.
Conduct structured outreach to prospective B2B leads via email and direct contact.
Nurture new leads into qualified sales opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to hand over leads and support conversion.
Research and build understanding of target market and competitor landscape
Ideal Candidate
At least 2-3 years' experience.
Strong communicator with a commercial mindset and hands‑on experience in marketing, PR, or sales support.
Confident in managing relationships across internal teams and external partners.
Highly organized with a proactive, strategic approach to identifying opportunities.
Experience in retail, fashion, or lifestyle industries preferred.
Keen for an opportunity to grow into more senior roles based on performance
