You'll play a vital role in helping businesses thrive while developing your own skills in a collaborative, growth-oriented team.
Key Responsibilities Engage with new and existing clients to deliver a smooth onboarding and activation experience.
Build meaningful relationships and provide proactive support to ensure client success and satisfaction.
Deliver virtual product demonstrations and offer tailored solutions to help customers achieve their business goals.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the customer journey.
Contribute to individual and team success metrics, focusing on customer engagement and retention.
What You'll Bring Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or another client-facing role.
A consultative, problem-solving mindset and a genuine passion for helping customers succeed.
Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.
An interest in technology, innovation, and fintech solutions.
Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar systems (a plus).
