Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and maintenance of data governance standards, including metric definitions, data quality, and reporting consistency.
* Design and implement data visualizations and reporting dashboards to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
* Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to drive best practice across the organization.
* Maintain and enhance existing analytics platforms, ensuring seamless integration with new systems and technologies.
* Develop and execute data analytics strategies that drive business outcomes and improve operational performance.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
* 5+ years' experience in data analysis, MI reporting, or business intelligence solutions.
* Strong hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboard development.
* Solid knowledge of SQL, and preferably Kusto (KQL) and DAX.
* Track record of turning data into decisions – not just building reports, but driving outcomes.
* Excellent communication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience managing or leading a business-critical analytics or reporting function.
