Job title: Legal Executive
Hybrid model: 3 days in office (Citywest), 2 days remote
Our client, a leading telecom tower infrastructure company, is seeking a skilled Legal Executive to join their high‑performing in‑house legal team.
This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of legal matters, with a primary focus on supporting property‑related transactions and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
Support the legal team with property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and development matters.
Manage conveyancing files from instruction to completion, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
Draft, review, and coordinate legal documents and correspondence.
Monitor and manage deadlines, ensuring effective workflow and case progression.
Liaise professionally with clients, internal stakeholders, and external third parties.
Provide legal and administrative support to wider business functions, including Asset Management, Land Acquisition, M&A, Finance, and Sales.
Skills & Experience
Strong organisational abilities with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in IT systems, including case management platforms and MS Office.
A degree in Law or a related discipline.
Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated experience within a legal environment, ideally in a fast‑paced in‑house or private practice setting.
