Sales Executive -LimerickOur client a long-established and trusted power tool, hardware and DIY retailer based in Limerick city, is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Sales Executive to join their team.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with retail, trade counter, or sales experience to build a long-term career in a specialist hardware, tools, and trade supply environment. About the Role:This is a hands-on retail and trade counter sales role, supporting both trade customers and the general public. The ideal candidate will be working with power tools, hardware, machinery, fixings, and DIY products, and helping customers to select the right products for their projects.Key Responsibilities to include:Serving customers at the trade counter and retail counterAdvising customers on power tools, hand tools, hardware, fixings, and DIY equipmentProcessing sales, including cash, card, and account transactionsManaging trade counter enquiries in person, by phone and by emailMaintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked retail and trade counter areaAssisting with stock control, deliveries and goods-inSupporting the wider retail and sales team to ensure smooth daily operationsSkills & Experience that we need:Previous recent experience in customer facing sales in retail sales, trade counter sales, hardware, tools, or builders' merchantsProven ability to build and to grow relationships with trades people Proven history on achieving targets and delivering results Excellent IT and administration skillsCustomer-focused with strong communication and people skillsReliable, organised, and comfortable working in a busy retail environmentWillingness to learn and develop product knowledge in power tools and hardwareThe Offer:This is a permanent fully onsite role, based in Limerick city, to include weekend work, with salary range depending on the candidates experience but is expected to be in the range of €30K - €35K per annum.Hours of work: Monday to Saturday 8.30am – 5.30pm (5 days per week) This is a fully onsite role based in Limerick city so candidates should be based locally or a commutable distance.Candidates without the relevant visa/work permit or eligibility to work permanently in Ireland will not be considered.This role offers the opportunity to build a career in a specialist hardware and trade retail business and to work in a friendly, supportive team environment.How to Apply:If you are interested in applying, or want to know more about this role please contact,Orlaigh FitzGerald-Quinn in Cpl Limerick on or email your CV to For a full list of our open jobs, please have a look at #LI-OF1
