Orange Recruitment, on behalf of our client, is seeking applications from enthusiastic and committed Speech and Language Therapists for Senior Grade and Staff Grade positions. These are full-time, and part time roles working across children's and adult services within a collaborative and supportive multidisciplinary team setting, based in the Dublin and Greater Dublin Area.
Speech and Language Therapist - Senior Grade & Staff Grade
Location: Dublin / Greater Dublin Area
Salary: €44,122 - €74,509 (Senior Grade & Staff Grade)
Key Responsibilities
Senior Grade Speech and Language Therapist
* Deliver high-quality assessments and evidence-based interventions for children and adults with a variety of communication and/or swallowing needs.
* Provide clinical leadership and supervision to junior colleagues and students.
* Work closely with families, carers, and other health and education professionals to develop and implement individualised, person-centred care plans.
* Play an active role in service development, policy implementation, and quality improvement initiatives.
* Participate in and support clinical governance activities, including audits, CPD, and service evaluation.
Staff Grade Speech and Language Therapist
* Deliver speech and language therapy services in both community and clinic-based settings as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Carry out assessment, goal setting, and intervention planning, with supervision and support where needed.
* Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation in line with best practice and GDPR requirements.
* Engage in team meetings, training opportunities, and contribute to service delivery and development discussions.
Essential Requirements (Both Grades)
* CORU Registration as a Speech and Language Therapist.
* A recognised qualification in Speech and Language Therapy.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with service users, families, and colleagues.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle may be required for community-based work.
